Each service begins with an owner-led consultation, where we build a tailored home care plan around how you live. We use carefully selected, professional-grade eco and pet-conscious products to protect your home, your loved ones, and the wider environment without compromising on performance.

Our Cocoon Care is a full, whole-home clean carried out to an exceptional standard every visit. Every room is cleaned with care, and the everyday details are handled so your home feels ready to live in, not just clean on the surface.

• Washing up, dishwasher loading and unloading

Cocoon Complete

The Cocoon Complete includes everything in the Cocoon Care, with deeper home maintenance built into a carefully planned rotation. It is designed for homes that need a more complete, proactive level of support behind the scenes.
What’s included:
• Everything in Cocoon Care
• Deeper maintenance tasks on bespoke rotation
• Fridge and freezer interior care
• Cupboards and pantry care
• Internal windows, frames and tracks
• Skirting boards deep cleaned
• Upholstery and mattress care
• Furniture moved to clean properly behind and beneath
• Guest preparation included as standard
• Regular home observations
Best for: Homes that need a more fully managed service, with the deeper details looked after over time.
Cocoon Reset
The best place to begin when your home needs bringing up to standard first.
If your home has not recently had a professional cleaner, or is not yet at a maintenance-ready standard, we may recommend beginning with an Intensive Reset. This dedicated visit restores your home to the level needed before an ongoing Cocoon service begins.

• A one-off dedicated reset
• A deeper clean delivered in full
• Designed to prepare your home for ongoing care
Important note:
The Cocoon Reset is only available to clients beginning, or currently receiving an ongoing Cocoon service. We do not offer this is a standalone service.
Need Something Extra?
When life needs a little extra support, we can arrange additional help alongside your regular visits, including laundry, fridge resets, guest preparation, organising, or one-off tasks.
We’ll agree the details and any additional cost in advance, so everything is clear before we begin.
