• Designed to bring a home up to a "maintenance-ready" standard before starting regular housekeeping

• Recommended for homes that need extra attention up front, or haven't had a regular cleaner recently

• Covers the same deeper tasks found in the Cocoon Programme-  but delivered in a single dedicated visit rather than spread across the year

• Kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, throughout-the-home cleaning

• Linen management — beds made and presented at each visit; bed linen changed per the Home Care Plan.

• Everyday washing up, dishwasher loading/unloading, general tidying and resetting

• Light care of indoor plants

The Cocoon Complete includes everything in the Cocoon Care, with deeper home maintenance built into a carefully planned rotation. It is designed for homes that need a more complete, proactive level of support behind the scenes.

What’s included:

• The Cocoon Programme — deeper seasonal tasks (fridge/freezer, internal windows, etc.) scheduled across the year - personalised to clients home.

• Founder-level oversight — a senior/founder contact who knows the home directly

• Optional seasonal walkthrough/service check in, in person - no obligation

• Priority scheduling — first access to preferred timeslot for regular services aswell as first access to Additional Support Services, seasonal resets, guest preparation

• 2 complimentary Special occasions visits per year - Guest Preparation or post-occasion clear-up visits.

  Best for: Homes that need a more fully managed service, with the deeper details looked after over time.
